We're Little Sunbeams Pre-school & Playgroup, a registered charity in Northern Ireland (NIC101595). This notice covers our public website at littlesunbeams.org and initial website enquiries. It does not replace the information we provide separately when a child joins us.

When you use our website

We've kept this website simple. We do not add advertising, analytics, tracking cookies, embedded social feeds or an online registration form. Our images, fonts and scripts are hosted with the website rather than loaded from third-party media services.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and secure the website. Read Cloudflare's privacy policy for information about its processing.

When you email us

Our email links open your own email application. Selecting a topic does not send anything to us; you choose whether to send the email. We receive the contact details and information you include and use them to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up you request.

We use enquiry information for our legitimate interest in responding to families and people interested in our charity. We do not use website enquiries to add you to a marketing mailing list. We keep correspondence only for as long as it is needed to deal with the enquiry and any applicable record-keeping obligations.

For an initial enquiry, please avoid sending medical information, detailed safeguarding information, photographs or other sensitive information about a child. Ask us to arrange a conversation instead.

Your choices and rights

You may ask about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or object to processing where applicable. To make a request or ask a privacy question, contact janet@littlesunbeams.org. You can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office if you have a concern about how personal data is handled.
